“You don’t dance to get to the end of the song.”
While I want P.M.S to speak for itself and to remain anonymous, I also want to share this journey of rebuilding myself and important things happening around here. This month was INSANE. I went back to my home country Brazil, and I am still processing things. I want to share some of the things I went through this month.
Things to think about
Nothing is easy; you just get better at it.
I went skiing and saw snow falling for the first time in my life in January in Valdelinares, Spain. And while some 6-year-old kids were kicking ass… I was falling for the 5º time; I have more experience doing multiplication and division tho.
We think things are easy or difficult, but in reality, it’s just how you handle them.

Street art isn’t the street; Punk isn’t the mohawk.
I went visiting Alboraya region, here in Valencia, Spain. It is farmland with a lot of nature, yet there were some sick street art around the fields. It got me thinking, street art is more about the spirit of a movement. Of anti-system and expressing yourself not fucking matter what.

Is all about people.
It does not matter what your job is, who or where you are; the people around you are the most important thing. Cultivate your surroundings and put effort into making REAL friendships; it will pay infinite fold every time.
Ps: This is my mom in the airport making a reception hahaha

You don’t dance to get to the end of the song.
Anxiety is a plague in modern society. It corrupts everything it touches.
This is my dog on his 2º anniversary, and as time passes and we get older, we sometimes forget that there is no race and you are not behind.

I love this time of the year! Not because I normally take a trip to my home country, and it’s my birthday (fuck I am getting old), but because I view it as a time to set new hopes and dreams.
Thank you for reading this log. I really hope u all have a fantastic 2026, and remember, life is a matter of discovering what YOU want to be.
